Client Data You Provide

You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process this data.

Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Payment data is handled according to Stripe’s privacy and security practices.

Stripe-Connected Data (Optional)

If you choose to connect your Stripe account, we may access and sync Stripe Customer details (such as name, email, and phone) into your Clients list to help you populate and keep your records up to date.

Connection credentials (OAuth tokens and connected account id) are stored server-side and are not exposed to other users. You can revoke access at any time from your Stripe dashboard.

Usage and Technical Data

We may automatically collect:

IP address
Browser and device information
Usage logs
Interaction data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service

You grant ChurnTrack a limited license to host, process, back up, and transmit your data solely to operate the Service.

We do not sell data to advertisers.

8. Payment Processing

Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Their handling of payment information is governed by their own policies.

If you connect Stripe for customer syncing, Stripe also acts as a data source for the Customers you choose to sync. We use Stripe’s APIs and webhooks to keep your local Clients list consistent with Stripe.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use only and is not directed to individuals under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
