ChurnTrack provides software tools to help businesses monitor client health, retention signals, and related operational data.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or risk to the platform.

The Pro plan costs $100/month.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time.

Fees are not refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized data; violate privacy or data protection laws; attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service; or use the platform for illegal or harmful activities.

You are solely responsible for the data you upload.

You acknowledge that you control the data you upload, you must have legal rights to that data, and we are not responsible for verifying its legality.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your data.

All software, design, branding, and platform materials belong to ChurnTrack and are protected by intellectual property law.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or modification is prohibited.

The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE.

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, business results, or operation without errors.

Use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior 12 months.

This applies regardless of legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChurnTrack from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for Terms violations, security concerns, nonpayment, or platform protection.

You may cancel anytime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
